Jimmy Bledsoe is a sales leadership savant with over 15 years of leadership experience.
Having always had a reputation as a “fixer” Jimmy has worked in a multitude of different leadership capacities supporting operations, compliance, sales, training and revenue generation. He has experience in single, multi-unit, regional and national locations having managed successful teams and territories all across the country, relocating when necessary along the way.
Jimmy developed an aptitude for identifying flaws and gaps in sales processes and systems, leading to beneficial organizational changes in almost every role he has assumed. He notes some of his biggest successes to not only systemic changes but in identifying the team members strengths and motivations, allowing him to allocate the most important resource (people) in the best position to win and drive a sales organization to success.
In his experience, he has had the opportunity to work in both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies which has led to a unique perspective on the challenges that small business owners face and what sales strategies from enterprise organizations actually translate and make sense for local businesses to drive revenue.
Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Jimmy now resides in Scottsdale, AZ and enjoys the many facets of life in the Desert Southwest including hiking, boating and year round outdoor pickleball.
